And no, I’m not talking about a new tablet or a new phone. Although I did get the iPhone 5 recently, that’s not what I’m talking about. There are some really cool things available to farmers today. We are testing out one of those pieces right now. The brand is Lely and it is called Juno! This is a robotic feed pusher. The brand Lely is known for their milking robots but they make a lot of other robotic products for dairy farms.
You can watch a series of videos showing what Juno does! Every hour Juno goes around our barn and pushes all of the feed up for our cows. This is a great help because Juno does it for us, we don’t have to get in a tractor and do it!
